Established by the late John Quistorff in honor of his brother, Elmer Quistorff, to support others in obtaining a higher education. Elmer Quistorff graduated from the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences in 1934 and had a long and successful career with fisheries agencies, including the Washington Department of Fisheries.
